Last evening in Dubai we ate at a restaurant on a causeway into the Arabian Gulf. A storm was gathering and it sprinkled after dinner. But the dark clouds made for a nice backdrop for the Burj Al Arab hotel sitting on an island just off shore. My settings were pretty standard - I used a tripod to slow the shutter speed to soften the water.
